Nature is a natural cure and the surrounding enormity of the mountains, lakes and stunning vista offer an incredibly powerful environment to relax and unwind while experiencing all the humbling and steadying qualities of pure presence amongst our mountain magic.
We will be serving the healthiest of diets designed by our chef Charlotte including all the super food groups, all with high nutritional value. An offering to our bodies requirements.
We serve our food in our farm house kitchen. Breakfasts start with a detox tea and choice of smoothies, this is followed by a short walk next to a fast flowing stream (oxygen realise)? for our first yoga session of the day surrounded by Mount Pourri on one side and the north face of Bellecotte on the other. Brunch is available afterwards.
3 days out of 7 we will accompany you on a hike to the various mountain locations including hidden Baroque churches, lakes and refuges. With one of days being white water rafting to encourage endorphin release ( euphoria neurotransmitters ).
Our early evening yoga sessions are held in various places from indoors to spiritual locations we have discovered in our area.
Evening meals are served with a fabulous selection of choices using the main food groups and super healthy options.
Everybody can do yoga and experience the power it offers to let go of stress, move better, feel better and ultimately live a deeply fulfilling life.
